General trading conditions with important customer information
Important: Our general trading conditions are obligatory when you are sending your order. Area of application: For the business relations between the Tecsales GmbH and the customer only these general trading conditions are valid. We do not accept contrary or any different terms and conditions and controvert them hereby expressly.Contrary trading conditions of the customer are valid only if the Tecsales GmbH agrees expressly and in writing.
Conclusion of a contract:
By clicking the button " Send order" you confirm a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket.
The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The conclusion of contract comes off with our distribution confirmation or supply of the goods.
Delivery time: You can find the prospective delivery time with the product description. If no data are given there, the delivery takes place after order acceptance within approx. 14 working-days. If you require the agreement of a later delivery date can be arranged. Partial shipments: We are entitled to partial deliveries, as far as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping expenses only occur when agreed.
Right of revocation: You, as the consumer in terms of § 13 BGB, are not bound to your order, if you cancel within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods.The period begins at the earliest with receipt of a detailed revocation instruction in writing. The revocation does not need to include a reason and can be in writing (an email, e.g. on ---- info@tecsales.eu ---- is sufficient) or happens via return of the goods at our risk. To meet the deadline, timely mailing shall suffice. Please send the goods to:---- Tecsales GmbH; Frankfurter Strasse 74; D-64521 Groß Gerau ----.Cancellation consequences: in the event of a valid revocation of this agreement each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits (e.g. interest) received.If you cannot refund the received achievement to us totally or partly or only in declined condition, you must pay compensation for the value.This is not valid, if the degradation of the goods is to be led back on their examination, that would have been possible for you in a shop.In all other respects you can avoid the duty of compensation by not using the item like an owner and omitting everything which impairs their value. All goods that can be returned in a box are to be sent back in the original packaging at our risk. We take over the costs of the goods returned, if your order exceeds an amount of EUR 40, for orders under EUR 40 you have to pay the freight.Please prepay the package sufficiently, we refund you the amount of postage immediately.Items that cannot be sent via post will be picked up at your side. Excluded for the return of goods :  -Goods, which are especially produced on customers request and their specification or clearly are custom-tailored or which are not suitable for a return due to their condition or would go bad very fast or their date of expiry was exceeded, -Audio or video recordings or software, if the supplied data media were unsealed by you, -Newspapers, magazines and glossies.
Guarantee:
The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations, whereby we exchange the product or improve the delivered goods. We leave the choice to the buyer. If the rework fails or if the replacement product is insufficient, then you can give back the product and we credit you the full purchase price or you keep the product at a reduced price. Information about manufacturer warranties please find them in our product documentation.
Retention of title:
The supplied goods remain our property until we have received your full payment.
Place of jurisdiction:
The place of jurisdiction for all law cases for this contract is Darmstadt, unless the customer is a consumer.
Privacy policy:
We use your data only for the completion of your order. All customer data is stored and processed considering the relevant regulations of the Federal Laws for Data Protection (BDSG) and the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG). At any time you have the right on free information, correction, blockage and deletion of your stored data. Please contact us and send your request by post or fax. We do not pass your personal data on to a third party, including your house address and email address, without your  expressly and at any time revocable agreement. Excepted our service partners, who need to receive this information in order to handle your order (e.g. shipping agency for delivery the product to you or the bank for the payment transaction). In these cases the range of the conveyed data is limited however only to the necessary minimum.
